EPISODE 0.055: I HAD RELATIONS WITH A MARTIAN
Episode 0.055: I Had Relations With A Martian
(46.2 MB; 1:41:05 MIN)
On a human harvesting (and killing) trip to Earth, Martian warlord Big Zaboo decides she (yes, she) needs a boyfriend... and drafts Dr. Wilheim Von Martinez for the job! Will Dr. Von Martinez be forced to have relations with Big Zaboo forever? Will the possessive Zaboo kill Doctor Despicable and myself to alleviate having to deal with Von Martinez' friends? Will Doc Defiant finally nab Von Martinez? And who microwaves Ding Dongs, anyway?
While we try to survive Von Martinez' only known relationship, you get to listen to alien love-themed OTR from the one-episode "series" Fantasy and the Canadian series Vanishing Point, as well as a new episode of the Flights Of Fright featuring the Sonic Society's Shannon Hilchie! Taliesin gives us some vampiric love, courtesy of Taliesin Meets The Vampires.

Boy, the first 2 OTR shows for this podcast was el stinko. I thought the original one was good, though. Especially that Shannon girl's acting. Kudos. That, and one more thing...
BEST ENDING EVER!
Thanks, Guys.

You're right about one thing... alien love can really stink! If I've learned one thing from this experience, it's that there are no baths on Mars!

Oh, there are baths on Mars, Wilheim - but even I won't tell you what they bathe IN! Blecch!

The first two are pretty bad - I'd originally posted those two under the Best Of Bad Broadcasts in the old blog. That's what happens when you mix too much sap with your sci-fi...
Glad you liked the original production! Yes, Shannon's acting is top-notch, and I hope we're lucky enough to feature her in something else in the near future.

Ah, at last we see the creative side of Von-Martinez. It brings a tear to my eye! And to think, all it took was the love of a bad woman to do it.
It was rather shocking to hear an adult themed podcast from you. Maybe next time you should tell parents to have their children cover their ears whenever martians are having, ahem, relations with humans
The show by yourselves was amusing. I remember seeing it on tv, the re-made outer limits I believe, where the boyfriend has a alien wife. It always reminds me of that old black and white goodie, I married a monster from outer space.
As always, excellent! Please keep it up.

Von Martinez' creative side will become more apparent as his story unfolds...
This was a tad saucy, even for us - I hope no one's ears caught fire. There has been audible nudity in a few past episodes, though, so it wasn't too much of a stretch.
I love I Married A Monster From Outer Space! I recently got a copy on DVD. That's been a favorite movie of mine since I was a little B-movie freak.
